However, while being easy, placement is actually highly competitive, therefore it is crucial to be well-prepared. A competent engineer must be the ideal synthesis of knowledge from his field and practical life skills. Life skills significantly refine the behaviour of professionals and engineers, preparing them for change in their professional work, job market strategies, and ultimately their approach to life.
Training engineering students to push them into their career is most important task, an engineering college has to take. Our department assess every student and direct them towards their goal by giving required and following trainings. In addition to helping engineering students develop their technical skills, practical training also helps them develop their soft skills. Additionally, by teaching students how to work together, these training programmes help them develop their leadership skills. So, we adopt following training to our students.
